Bishop R.D Nesbitt and Lady Patricia Nesbitt

Ronald D. Nesbitt, a native of Bartow County, son of the Late Jimmy and Viola Nesbitt. He graduated from Cass High School and continued his education in Business Management at North Metro Tech and Georgia Highlands. Pastor Nesbitt accepted Christ early in life under the ministry of Apostle James B. Jewell who had a traveling tent ministry. After the call into ministry he further continued his education and received his degree in Theology.

In 2008, he began working with Donald Strickland as overseer of Hope House Ministry located in Cartersville, Georgia. This ministry offered hope to men of all walks of life. After devoting two years of equipping this program with the gospel of Christ, he then noticed a need to provide shelter for women.

With the help of his wife, Patricia Nesbitt and other dynamic women of God, together they became overseers of the Hope House Women’s Shelter offering hope to women that have been afflicted with unexpected diversities of life. The shelter provides resources for educational programs, work development programs, drug rehab programs and daily devotion to help women with low self-esteem.

In 2010, he was called to Pastor at Fairview Methodist Church in Rydal, Georgia. On September 2nd, 2012 through much prayer and fasting by the church, God called him to Pastor Glory Harvester that was built on John 11:40, “Jesus saith unto her, Said I not unto thee, that, if thou wouldest believe, thou shouldest see the glory of God”?

In his pastoral, Pastor Nesbitt is looking forward to additional ministries being birth out of Glory Harvester Church.

He was elected as Euharlee City Counsel in 2013, where he is currently serving a four-year term elected official.

Pastor Dexter is married to Patricia Nesbitt. They have five children, Tyson (Mecole), Shandy (Brandon), Raymond, Brittney, and Jimmy; six grandchildren, Nevaeh, Phalyn, Lilliee, Jada, Myrah, Jaylon and Daxton; goddaughter, Ariane and godson Zain. Together they pastor Glory Harvester Church in Cartersville, Georgia.
